Elayne has over a decade of experience working as a strategy, planning and evaluation consultant in the social sector. She has supported non-profits, government agencies and foundations to chart their course, adapt strategies and measure impact. Her dedication to providing clients with strategic insights and actionable data has translated to real and lasting change in our communities. With a talent for untangling complex issues, Elayne has supported clients to advance change in areas from health care system reform to poverty reduction. She is known for her analytical rigour, creativity and collaborative approach.
Elayne has contributed extensively to the evaluation field by presenting on innovative strategies, publishing work to advance practice, and teaching students. She is a Credentialed Evaluator and holds a Master of Public Health from Simon Fraser University.
