Over the path of the last four years, I have been involved in, and often managed, over a dozen developmental evaluation and action research projects. Primarily my work has been as a Twelve Canada third-party consultant with project teams that are attempting to create changes within traditional care systems (i.e., healthcare & education). That said, I have also embedded research and evaluation within my employee and project management roles, particularly as Executive Director of Twelve Canada and Director of Business Development with the London Youth Advisory Council. This dual positioning has afforded me the opportunity to apply and teach/coach many approaches, and incorporate various qualitative and quantitative methods from start to finish.
