Micro-Coaching on All Innoweave Streams

Innoweave coaching engagements normally last months, but over the next three months we want to pilot micro-coaching across our existing streams. Micro-coaching sessions would enable experts from the Innoweave network to provide strategic advice without requiring extensive applications or long engagements.
A list of coaches from Innoweave’s network are available to provide micro-coaching. They are listed by region, but as all coaching will be remote, you do not need to work with a coach in your region.

The coaches listed above have been approved to provide this kind of engagement. Organizations needing coaching should:
- Connect with a coach on this list and provide the questions you need help with
- If the coach you contact is in a position to help you, details of when to connect (and with whom at your organization) can be further discussed
- If the coach is unavailable or is unable to assist based on the questions you have, you may revisit the list to identify another potential coach

Innoweave has pre-authorized coaches to offer their services on a micro-coaching basis. You do not need to apply to Innoweave to approve your engagement. Organizations will be asked to complete a very brief survey after the coaching engagement. The survey will help us learn as we pilot this kind of engagement and make adjustments moving forward.
